Due to workload, we don't take phone calls, and WhatsApp is often very busy. The best and quickest way is to use the email address provided. We always respond the following business morning.
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.)
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery time is 24 business hours; weekends and holidays do not count. Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM will ship on Monday morning. From that time on, 24 business hours count toward your order's arrival. For destinations such as the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the delivery time is approximately 10 days.
From November 1st to January 8th, orders may be delayed due to workload, both from Nacex and from us, but we always try to deliver as soon as possible.
How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

How can I find out where my order is?
Once Nacex collects your order (always the next business morning), you will receive an SMS from Nacex with the tracking number.
What is the home delivery process?
- Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
- The next business morning, we'll prepare your order in our store, and you'll receive a text message with the Nacex tracking number.
- Nacex will attempt to deliver it to your home on two occasions.
- If you are absent on both occasions, your order will be sent to the nearest Nacex office and will remain there for 14 days, allowing you to pick it up whenever you want.
- IMPORTANT: If you do not pick up your order within 14 days of being at the Nacex office, it will be returned to our store, and you will be required to pay the two shipping fees again.

How should I return an item?
THERE ARE TWO OPTIONS:
THE FIRST: You can send us the items you wish to return to our address using the courier company of your choice:

THE SECOND: Use the following link to pay €6.50 for shipping, and we'll prepare a Nacex label (which we'll send to your email) so you can take the package containing the items you want to return to the Nacex office or Punto Nacex shop of your choice. REMEMBER: Print the label to avoid inconveniences.

In both cases, once we receive your package, we will issue you a VOUCHER for the amount corresponding to the items you are returning.
IMPORTANT: Items must be in perfect condition, unused, and have all tags attached.
What is the deadline for making a return?
For any return, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
Yes, shipping costs are at your expense.
If you use our Nacex-generated shipping label, it would cost €6.50. However, if you use the courier company of your choice, we advise you to ask how much it will cost before shipping. We also recommend requesting a shipping receipt as a security measure so you know where your shipment is at all times and can file a claim if there are any issues.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive an email with a voucher for the corresponding refund amount, excluding shipping costs.
